And we are in the process of establishing the 14th naturist campsite in Italy, called Campeggio Naturista INSIEME. Our dream is to create a unique place where naturism and nature converge, and we aim to achieve this by acquiring a beautiful piece of land on the breathtaking Tuscan coast together with you, our future guests.

Return on Investment

Annual 5% rent
In 2025, you will receive a 3% return, and thereafter an annual 5% return in the form of rent, paid after the season. For 2024/2025, this will be supplemented with camping credit that can be used over several years.

Annual appreciation of 2%
In addition to the rent, the certificates you purchase increase in value by 2% annually. You will receive this return plus your investment when you sell your certificates.

7% return + 3% in fun extras
You will therefore receive a 7% return on your investment per year. In addition, we offer fun extras for both naturists and non-naturists, depending on the amount of your investment.
Security

Investment secured by real estate as collateral
Your investment is protected by the real estate we buy together; if necessary, it can be sold to get your money back.

If it doesn't work out, money back
If we fail to raise the required amount, you will receive 100% of your investment back. The money will be held in a secure notary account until then.

Exit whenever you want
Purchased certificates can be sold at any time, but must first be offered to Remi and Sandra, and then to fellow investors.
How does it work?

Buy Certificates
You can easily purchase digital certificates that represent a share of the real estate through a Dutch administration office (STAK). You officially own a piece of the property.

Real Estate Purchase
The STAK uses your investment to purchase and renovate the property, making you a co-owner.

Rental and Return
Remi & Sandra rent the property from the STAK and pay rent that is distributed as a return to the investors. They will repurchase the certificates over time, including the appreciation.
Update 28-7-2024: The Italian vacation has started = Pause
Unfortunately, we currently have no new news. As you know, things often move a bit slower in Italy than we are used to in the Netherlands. This is further exacerbated by the Italian holiday period which is about to begin. Throughout almost the entire month of August, little to nothing happens in Italy in terms of business, which means that we too cannot proceed with our plans for the time being.
We have decided to extend our investment campaign until the end of December 2024. This gives us more time to properly prepare and gather the necessary funds.
You can still participate in the campaign and invest in the specific areas you find important. In addition to the financial return, your name will be immortalized on the project you support. Once you have invested, we will contact you to discuss where you would like to contribute.
Below you will find the various projects that still need funding. All amounts are estimates made with a structural engineer in combination with requested quotes.
Swimming pool
A new swimming pool of 25 by 10 meters, including a children's pool. Photo for inspiration. Investment: €150,000
Sanitary blocks
Four sanitary blocks spread across the site. Photo for inspiration. Investment: €15,000 x 4 = €60,000
Renovate main building
Renovations are not a priority, but we will be doing some refurbishing and painting. Estimated at €30,000
Fencing & Roads
Fencing of the site for naturism and improvement of (access) roads. Estimated at €23,000
Clearing site & Demolition
For clearing, demolishing, and removing debris, we have budgeted €20,000. We assume that part of this will be done with the help of volunteers.
Landscaping and gardening work
For tree maintenance, the creation of various hedges, and other plantings, we have reserved a budget of €15,000.
Restaurant & Kitchen
For refurbishing the kitchen and restaurant, we are budgeting €15,000 excluding equipment.
Bar
For the bar and multifunctional space, we are budgeting €15,000 for the first phase, excluding equipment and furniture.
Essential facilities
For the construction of the parking lot, the waste management site, and some improvements to the water and power networks, we have reserved a budget of €15,000.
